Construction Safety Week 2026: Recognizing Those Who Lead by Example

Safety Week is a time to recognize the people who help build strong safety cultures every day, not just through policies and procedures, but through leadership, accountability, communication, and care for the people around them.

At Excelsior Safety Solutions, our work is rooted in creating safer work environments where safety is built into everyday decisions, not treated as a one-time checklist.

This year’s theme, All in Together, reminds us that safety is a shared responsibility. It takes every person on site looking out for themselves, their crews, and those working around them.

As part of Safety Week 2026, our team nominated individuals who demonstrate what safety looks like in action. These nominees lead by example, speak up when something doesn’t look right, support their teams, and help create safer workplaces through their everyday choices.
